Regardless of your goals, do not give up on them. Make a conscious effort everyday to work towards your goals. SAY IT, "I will reach my goals this year." BELIEVE IT. Speak positively in your life. "I know I can do this." ENVISION IT. Picture yourself where you want to be. "I see myself in a size______." LIVE IT. Create good habits. Move in a way that will get you closer to that goal.
