More Than Fitness
Life... it is busy, hectic, and ever changing; sometimes you have to stop, regroup, and put yourself first. Taking time for yourself not only helps you, but it helps others as well. It lowers your stress level, improves sleep, and builds confidence.
Confidence comes in many forms. It reflects how you perceive yourself to be inside and out. The way you walk, the way you dress and more importantly the way you treat others.
Taking time out for yourself takes preparation and planning. You must be willing to equip yourself with the proper tools for training.
There will be times were you will need to step outside of the box to receive the training you need when life becomes too complicated. For me life has become a balancing act... managing between being a professional, trainer, athlete, and other aspects of my life. This is not just a job, this is my life.
