Personal Goals


Working out is something I enjoy doing. Every day I get up, and I prepare myself for a workout that not only helps me mentally but physically as well. This is my me time, time to unwind, and build a better me.

Currently, I am preparing myself for my first IFPA (Internal Federation of Physique Athletes) Pro World Competition. I have to push myself beyond my limits in order to compete at a professional level.

I take health and wellness seriously, and I hope that others see that I am by the way I approach my own personal fitness goals.
