Service Description
Workout demo can include a valuation of suitable exercises to target the interest of the participants. Presentation can include an educational table display or Powerpoint. The hour include a 15-30 minute presentation with or without music, questions and answers and marketing information.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation. All clients must arrive no later than 15 minutes after the session starts. If no contact is made in that 15 minute time window, the session will be considered a no show. A no call or no show is an automatic forfeit of the session. You can reschedule within 24 hours of your session. Example...Your session is scheduled for 4p on Wednesday. Your session has to be rescheduled for a time before or between 4p Wednesday and 4p Thursday (within that 24 hour window) during business hours. This is based on availability and the session can only be rescheduled once. Please contact the trainer directly to reschedule within the 24 hour.
